Once I register,
can I create forms for free? Yes! You have the option to create forms for free;
however it is recommended to make use of our "Pro"
version to have total control of how your form will function
& have virtually no limits to the amount of options
you can include.
For more information on the differences between the two,
please visit our features page. Back to top
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept Paypal but should be accepting credit cards in the very near
future. Back to

Who will I be billed by? What
name will show up on my credit card statement?
The name that will show up on your credit card statement (if you fund your Paypal
payment with a credit card) will be "PAYPAL*BLM ENT". Back to top
Do you sell or give away my email
or any other personal information?
No! All your information is kept strictly confidential and
will not be sold or given to anybody. The only other people

What is the difference between
"HTML Code Forms" & "Hosted Forms"?
When you go to the create form page it will
display what each option does in detail.
Basically, the "HTML Code Forms" are for people
who want to host the form on their own site & already
have a script that is going to handle the form results &
send it back to them; & the "Hosted Forms"
option is for people who want a totally hands free solution. Please
note that "HTML Code Forms" can only be created with HTML Forms Pro.
If I choose to use "HTML
Code Forms", where can I get a script that will handle
my form results & send it back to me?
If you don't already have a script to handle your form results,
try here
for PHP scripts or here
for Perl/CGI scripts. Back to top
Will I need anything special to
use your site?
No. Just make sure you have JavaScript & Cookies enabled.
They are usually enabled by default, so if you didn't disable
them you should be fine. Back to top
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer to enhance Web
browsing. Their purpose is to remember information for you and help customize
the content you receive. Back to top
How do I contact
you if my question wasn't answered here?

How do I change
my account information?
Click on the account information link in the menu bar when
you are logged in & you can change it from there. Back to top
What
are credits & how much do they cost?
You need credits to use HTML Forms Pro; 1 credit equals one
use; so if you wanted to create 3 forms you would need 3 credits for example.
The prices for credits can be found on the buy credits
page. Back to top
When I
order credits, do they show in my account right after I have
paid?
Yes! Your credits will show up in your account immediately
after you have paid for them. Back to
top
With "Hosted Forms",
how long do you host my form for? Hosted forms serving ads will be hosted
indefinitely, forms not serving ads will be hosted for as long as your Pro Hosted
Yearly Subscription is kept current, if your subscription expires, all hosted forms
not serving ads are subject to deletion.
Back to
top
What
does the "Pro Credits" mean on my account page?
This displays how many credits you have to use "HTML
Forms Pro". Back to top
What is
the "Pro Hosted Forms" on my account page?
The number next to it displays how many hosted forms you have
made with "HTML Forms Pro"; by clicking on the number
it will display all the URL's to all your forms you have created.
Hosted forms created with "HTML Forms Free" are
not included on this page & are not tracked. Back
to top
What do you
do to protect my email address from being picked up via spambots with
hosted forms?
Your email address is never put into any of the page code & hence
will not be there for any spambots to pick up. Your email address is pulled
from your account info when the script needs to know where to send the form
results & as such there is never any need to include your email address in
the page code. Back
to top
Can I
get the form results sent to a different email rather than
my account email?
Yes! But only if you're using "HTML Forms Pro",
otherwise all form results will be sent to your account email.
To add extra emails to your account just click on the link
at the bottom of your account information page
that says "Add extra emails to your account", or click here. Back

to get form results sent to?
